We stand by each tool and if there is ever an issue we may be able to help you resolve, please contact us.  The product is not dish washer safe at this time.  All PACnCAP products are Patented. The product is not intended to for any illicit use.

All products are intended for help with dexterity issues to effectively hold one capsule body. This product is not intended for capsule production. The device is one part and does not fold or otherwise encapsulate the capsule. Do not bend.
